1. Booking Confirmation
Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email from team@eryxautostyling.com within 24 hours upon receipt of the 50% non-refundable deposit.
2. Payment Information
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings prior to commencing work. The remaining 50% payment is due immediately upon completion. Eryx Auto Styling accept payment via bank transfer, cheque, cash, card and online payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, Eryx Auto Styling require a minimum of 48 hours notice to refund the 50% non-refundable deposit. If works have already commenced and are cancelled midway through treatment, the remaining full payment is required upon vehicle collection.
Aftercare Plan cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. Any cancellations or amendments to your booking must be made by phone 07588 277877 or email team@eryxautostyling.com.
4. Vehicle Assessment
Prior to any work commencing on the day of your booking, Eryx Auto Styling will carry out a full aesthetic vehicle assessment. If we identify any noticeable general body damage, such as a scratch, dent or scuff, during the vehicle assessment this will be presented to you. A consent form must be signed by the owner of the vehicle or the person who has been given authorisation to sign the consent form on behalf of the owner. It is your responsibility to ensure that you agree with the vehicle assessment by signing the consent form. If you are not completely satisfied with the vehicle assessment, you should not sign the consent form and raise any concerns immediately, prior to the work commencing.
5. Working Environment
For Eryx Auto Styling to be able to work effectively, we require a minimum of 3-4 ft space around the vehicle which is situated off-street. Should this not be possible, we may not be able to carry out the service requested. If you are concerned about the space available or location for Eryx Auto Styling to work around your vehicle, please ensure this is raised prior to confirming your booking by phone 07588 277877 or email team@eryxautostyling.com. Failure to do so could compromise your booking. Eryx Auto Styling reserve the right to refuse working on your vehicle if there is not sufficient space to do so.
6. Weather Conditions
During mobile treatments, the weather can impact our ability to fulfil confirmed bookings. Eryx Auto Styling reserve the right to postpone a confirmed booking if the weather conditions prevent a satisfactory service being completed. We endeavour to fulfil your booking at the earliest possible date agreed between Eryx Auto Styling and yourself.
7. Eryx Auto Styling Aftercare Plan
If you need to cancel or reschedule your Eryx Auto Styling Aftercare Plan, Eryx Auto Styling require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any cancellations or amendments to your booking must be made by phone 07588 277877 or email team@eryxautostyling.com. If you are unable to reschedule your Detail Treatment within the agreed timeframe of your Eryx Auto Styling Aftercare Plan, additional charges will apply due to the extra time required to revert the car back to the standard initially set. If you have had a busy month with your car and it is excessively contaminated more than usual, it is your responsibility to inform us prior to our next agreed booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges as extra time may be needed to complete the service.
8. Promotions & Referral Programs
The Eryx Auto Styling Ltd referral program is only redeemable if a person has been recommended, secures a booking and completes a full payment for any of the following packages: Protection Detail Package, Enhancement Detail Package, Luxury Detail Package. Promotions may be offered via the Whatsapp Offers group with separate T&C’s applied.

10. Service Update
Eryx Auto Styling continues to deliver our Detailing services throughout any plandemic where possible to do so, whilst adhering to the Government’s guidelines.
